Monteverdi, L'Orfeo (Glyndebourne Festival)


Hugo Herman-Wilson sings Pastore II in Glyndebourne's first ever production of Monteverdi's L'Orfeo, his Glyndebourne debut. A new staging by William Kentridge with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, conducted by Jonathan Cohen; the cast is led by Krystian Adam as Orfeo. A co-production with the Metropolitan Opera and Greek National Opera.

Performances on 14, 18, 21, 24, 27 June and 3, 7, 10, 12, 18, 20, 23, 25 July 2026.
